Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, here is how returns work.

Return window

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging, with the certificate and invoice included.

Non-returnable items

Custom-designed and made-to-order pieces, engraved items and sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

Inspect your order on delivery. If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at grinosdiamonds@gmail.com so we can make it right.
